What are Kettlebells?

Kettlebells are a recently re-discovered traditional Russian exercise. Typically made of cast iron in the shape of a small bowling ball with a U-shaped handle, they come in a variety of weights for both men and women.

When swung away from the body using natural momentum, Kettlebells provide a low-impact, total body workout in under an hour. Similar to picking up a child, placing a heavy bag up onto your shoulder, or swinging a baseball bat – these movements exist in everyday life. In this way, Kettlebell training is a wonderful example of functional exercise that enhances your daily activities.

What results can I expect?

Kettlebell Training is the ultimate workout as it develops a combination of strength and cardiovascular fitness that will burn fat and sculpt muscle at the same time. Power, strength, stamina and stability will all improve.
